    Q: Can I make the reservation at your offices?

    A: All reservations are made through our website www.madridtoptours.com in order to offer you our best discounts and promotions. Booking in our offices (Puerta del Sol, 4 3ºD) discounts and promotions do not apply.

    Q: At the time of going to make the payment the screen has closed and I have not received the confirmation of the booking, what do I do?

    A: In case of difficulty when making the payment by credit / debit card use the secure payment systems «PayPal» or «Stripe», which you will find in «Payment Method». These payment systems have no additional cost and the system does not close under any circumstances.

    Q: I was wrong on the tour date, what do I do?

    A: Send us an email to info@experiencetraveltours.esrequesting the change of the reservation to the desired date. Remember to include in the mail the booking number and all the details of the wrong reservation.

    Q:Where is the Plaza de España stop located?

    A: In Plaza de España, in front of the number 7, is the tourist bus stop. Name of the bus is Jiménez Dorado. Our guides wear the yellow T-shirt.

    Q: Where is the Fuente de Neptuno bus stop located?

    A: In the Fountain of Neptune (Cánovas del Castillo Square, s / n). The pick up point is at the roundabout, next to the kiosk of “EXCHANGE”

    Q: Do I need to print the tour vouchers?

    A: You can download and display them in PDF from your mobile. The printing of vouchers is not obligatory.

    Q: If necessary, can I contact you by phone?

    A: Yes, in the tour vouchers we provide you with the contact telephone number for any immediate consultation or assistance you need at the moment.

    Q: Have we booked the “Toledo All Inclusive Tour” with lunch included and would like to know what does lunch consist of?

    A: Lunch is buffet style. You can enjoy all kinds of dishes (salads, rice, pasta, meat, fish, etc.)

    Q: How much free time do I have in each city in the case of a combined tour?

    A: In combined tours such as Ávila-Segovia or Toledo-Segovia you will have approximately one and a half hours of free time in each city.

    Q: Booking the “Toledo Experience” tour at 09:00h can I return at 19: 15h?

    A: On the day of the tour you have to speak personally with the bus guide about your desire to return at 19:15h, as the priority is for travelers who book the “Toledo Full Day” tour. The bus guide has to confirm you the availability of seats in the bus to return to Madrid at 19:15h.
